We stayed at an Ibis Hotel, which is a hotel chain that is trying to change the way economy accommodations are perceived. They are stripped-down experiences with few amenities (like no bellhop to carry your luggage, something I actually prefer), but with a modern look, great internet, and a decent workspace, something that I was missing recently with all the random places we’ve been staying in these past few weeks.
So, yeah, the room itself was small and sparse, but with a great internet connection and a comfortable desk to work at, this was a perfect place to stay and work!
