Made by brewing a mix of 2 different malts, this amber beer with a fine head of foam offers a very clear, slightly spicy nose. Round and with a mild bitterness, it also reveals a distinctive caramel flavour and slightly sweet end note. Enjoy it in a boot-shaped glass to make the most of its quintessentially nuanced flavours!

My friend Andrew offered this to me, who I had not seen in over 12 years. Naturally, being with old friends makes things always taste better, however this would have been tasty in any situation, and any season for that matter, not just Christmas!
